Breakell Racing is a Lancashire-based Motorsport Racing Team that competes in various Club racing championships in the UK and Europe
In Recent years we are proud to have had success in Sports Racing Car championships such as the 750 Motor Club Bikesports Championship, and the Radical Clubman Cup.
With James Breakell behind the wheel of our Radical PR6 we have enjoyed success in selected rounds of the Radical Clubman Cup with top three, class finishes and driver of the day awards.
We have also finished in the top 3 overall in the 750 Motor Club Bikesports championship between 2010 and 2013 with the high light being an overall championship win in 2012 (2010: 2nd Overall, 2011: 3rd Overall, 2012: 1st Overall, 2013: 3rd Overall). We finished 2nd in Class B in 2014.
In 2016 we had the pleasure of providing trackside support and setup to Phil Knibb. With a lot of time and effort we managed to help Phil win the Bikesports championship overall.
In 2017 our team competed with three Radical SR3’s driven by Adrian Reynard, Phil Knibb, and Charles Graham. Between these drivers we achieved numerous class and overall podium finishes and class wins.
From 2013 to 2017 we competed at the Nurburgring in Germany in selected rounds of the VLN Championship in various race cars such as a Class V4 BMW 325i, Class V6 BMW Z4M Coupe, and in Class Cup 1 in an Opel Astra OPC Cup car.
The VLN Championship consists of ten 4 to 6 hour endurance races over the course of a season all on the Nurburgring Nordschleife.
In 2018 we will be competing with our Radical SR3 RSX, two other customer owned Radical SR3 RS's in the 750MC Bikesports Championship and the BRSCC OSS Championship.
We will also be returning to the Nurburgring for more VLN racing this year. This time driving a Porsche Cayman GT4.
